Presence

Presence

Presence is a one or two day walking and wild camping expedition to help cleanse overworked, digitally frangled minds.

The mission for these immersive outdoor experiences is to nurture curiosity and presence through an exploration of our connection to the natural world.

At the heart of Presence are a number of core questions that we are exploring, grappling with and occasionally failing at.

  1. As technology becomes more and more prevalent in our lives how can we develop a healthy relationship with it that allows us to utilise the power that it offers whilst creating space in our everyday lives for ourselves, our work, families and the things that matter?
  2. The pace of the modern world seems to require us to have better ideas at an ever increasing speed. Rather than succumbing to the busyness of business how might we use Wildtime to reboot our creativity and wild places as fertile canvasses for ideas and innovation?
  3. Since when did work have to become so dull, regimented and organised? When we were kids, play was the main way we experimented, tested boundaries and learned about the world. What can we do to bring some of this into our ‘grown up’ lives?
